Keyence EA 300
The EA 300 Series laser-based materials analysis unit provides simple, accurate, fast, and preparation-free materials analysis.
The instrument represents the seamless transition from high-resolution digital microscopy to materials analysis. Its accuracy allows the optical identification and direct determination of traces, impurities and particles on surfaces.
It is worth noting that no vacuum is required to analyze samples using the EA 300, as the generated plasma is measured in a very small radius directly as it propagates. The method is almost completely non-destructive and can also be used on sensitive surfaces.
The class one laser does not require radiation protection and is not dangerous for the user.
Material analysis can be performed from all angles and allows 3D renderings as an imaging technique.
The material analysis unit features triple optics. This optics allows a central laser transmission path with a reflex optics near the object of interest for powerful focusing of the plasma emission.
Image analysis software can also be used to detect foreign particles in accordance with ISO 16232 and VDA 19, which can subsequently be analyzed directly for their composition.
